At Happy Staffy Co., we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are clean, free of pet hair, and in their original tags; then, securely pack them using the original shipping materials if possible.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
